My name is Dr. Carol Schumacher, and I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I also have a Ph.D. in Chemistry. My passion is to help you regain and maintain your optimal health, wellbeing, and happiness, so all aspects of your life are in balance.

If you need help on how to get started and navigate the overwhelming field of nutrition I will be there for you. I will guide you on how to implement those healthier daily routines so you will feel and look the way you want.

I will help you with your challenges such as weight gain, loss of energy, cravings, insomnia, overwhelm, digestive issues and general discomfort. I will support you and be your loudest cheerleader to help you create those long-term sustainable changes in your diet and overall life.
